On September 2001, ALPHA TRUST SA acquired 60% of TAYLOR YOUNG INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LTD, currently holds 90.78% of the company. This partnership is granting ALPHA TRUST a strong entrance into the international private client management arena.

On December 2004, General Hellenic Bank transfered the total number of shares of the company Geniki Mutual Fund Management Co. S.A. to the companies Alpha Trust Investment Services S.A. and Alpha Trust Holdings S.A.

In addition, the two aforementioned companies agreed to distribute the units of Geniki Mutual Fund Management Co. S.A. and Alpha Trust Mutual Fund Management Co. S.A. via the retail network of General Hellenic Bank (member of the Societe Generale Group).
